Accomodations

Tent Camping included in your basic registration fee.  Many campsites have electricity and water close at hand.  Porta-potty facilities are located in camping areas.

Cabin Accommodations

You may choose to stay in one of the cabins available at the campground.   Cabins are limited and go very quickly.  There are no private bathrooms in the cabins; some have shared bathrooms and electricity in the cabin; others are more rustic with limited electrical outlets and the bathrooms are outside in a community bath/shower house that several cabins share. Cabins are assigned on a first registration, first served basis!

Special Needs:  Individuals with special needs (ADA, mobility, need a CPAC etc.)  wishing to obtain a cabin with a bathroom and electrical access due to medical needs, are highly encouraged to register as soon as possible as they are assigned on a first registered, first served basis. When you request a room–please describe your needs.  These cabins are very limited and often book up before the end of early registration.

Individuals wanting to share cabins space with friends:   We will honor room-mate requests to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee it will work out.  Those wanting to be assigned the same cabin are encouraged to register within one week of each other in order to have the best chance of it working out.  All parties need to include the names of preferred room-mate(s) on the Registration Form. We encourage you to be proactive, register early and mail your registration in together so the possibilities of being together will be greater.  Most cabins are limited to 4 bunks so larger groups may be split up unless top bunk use is requested.

Changes to Room Assignments on-site:  We understand that physical and emotional comfort are of utmost importance to our cabin dwellers. Room assignments may be changed on-site upon request to meet individual needs.  When you check-in on site, you will be notified who the point-person is for making such a request.

Cabin Rates

Cabins are $22 per night for adults; $16 for teens; $14 for children.

Note: We do not assign top bunks in the cabins unless it is specifically requested, typically by a parent/guardian for a child or teenager.

As per the rules of the campground, EVERYONE who stays in a cabin is required to pay, including children.
